Processing Instructions

Proteinase-3 Autoantibody

Draw in a Gold SST  tube. Allow tube to clot for 30 minutes, centrifuge, and refrigerate.

Anti Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Ab Screen, P and C 

Draw in a Red top tube. Allow tube to clot for 30 minutes, centrifuge, aliquot and refrigerate.

JO 1 Antibody

Draw in a Gold SST  tube. Allow tube to clot for 30 minutes, centrifuge, and refrigerate. 

 

 

Stability

Proteinase-3 Autoantibody: Refrigerated 7 days,  Frozen >7 days.

Anti Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Ab Screen, P and C:  Refrigerated 1 week., frozen acceptable.

JO 1 Antibody: Refrigerated 7 days,  Frozen >7 days.
