Processing Instructions
Collect a minimum of 5.0 mLs urine in a urine container. Transfer 3.0 mLs to a Yellow top urine tube and 2.0 mLs to gray top sterile urine tube.
Stability
Stability of Yellow Tube: Room temp 24 hrs.
Stability of Grey Culture Tube: 48 hrs. refrigerated.
Stability of Sage Container: refrigerated 24 hrs.
