Specimen Draw Volume
Volume: 3.0 mL
Minimum Volume: 2.0 mL
Processing Instructions
Place a minimum 1.0 mL of CSF in sterile tube and refrigerate.
Draw in a Gold SST tube. Allow tube to clot for 30 minutes, centrifuge, aliquot and refrigerate.
Stability
Stability: Refrigerated 7 days, Frozen 30 days.
